Colleen is an integrated marketing leader with more than 15 years of experience in insights-driven growth, product and brand marketing for start-ups to Fortune 200 companies. She’s held marketing leadership roles at Capital One, BNY Mellon and Edelman. Colleen’s expertise spans the consumer lifecycle, delivering experiences that build relationships and drive business value.
Colleen founded Superbloom Strategies to drive sustainable growth for startups to Fortune 500 companies through strategic marketing and fractional leadership. She works with clients as a fractional CMO and product marketing consultant.
For the past decade, Colleen has gravitated towards newly created roles at the intersection of marketing, business and tech that require shaking up the status quo, spotting value drivers, and building and structuring teams for high-impact execution.
Colleen’s passionate about the art and science of marketing. She’s skilled at looking at the big picture, and then balancing data and creativity to understand and take action on consumer, channel and content dynamics. She thrives on finding innovative solutions to thorny strategic problems.
Colleen graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Communications from Cornell University and has an M.B.A from Cornell’s S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management. At Cornell Johnson, she was a member of the first-place team in the 2017 Shark Tank innovation and entrepreneurship pitch competition.
Outside of work, Colleen’s happiest when she’s physically active and getting outside by golfing, hiking, road tripping and picking up new board sports.
